Take a stroll through the garden and handpick your favorite flowers to arrange into a bouquet.
Day 2 of the self care challenge is a bit mainstream, however, I just love the idea of wildflowers in my home!
Day 3: Build a self care kit
A self care kit is an assortment of items to promote relaxation and self-love. See it as an emergency kit when you are in dire need of some TLC.
Here’s a couple of things you can include:
Scented candles
Journal
Bath salts
Facemasks
Cozy clothes or a blanket
Your comfort book
Etc
Personalize it to your needs.
Day 4: Do a digital detox
A digital detox is when you take a step back from social media, or any technology for that matter.
Use day 4 to cleanse yourself from the toxicity we face online daily. Follow this link to learn how to do a social media detox.
Day 5: Take a look at your treasure trove
I can’t express the joy I feel when I discover my memento box and old photos!
Day 5 of the self care challenge is all about reminiscing memories and seeing how far you’ve come.
Day 6: Classic pamper day
Yes, this one is not very unique… But a self care week must include a pamper day. I don’t make the rules lol!
Treat yourself to a bubble bath, facemask, and a comfort show. You can also add a little sparkle to your pamper day by using the self care kit you made earlier!
Day 7: Make a mood board for your future
I talk about vision boards A LOT! However, I need to show mood boards more love.
A mood board focuses on capturing a vibe, whereas a vision board is about setting and achieving goals.
Use your final day to create a clear picture of what you want your future to feel like.
