  6. List 3 things you are grateful for this week.
  7. Write a verse from the Bible that meant something to you or helped you in some way the past week.
  8. Picture your ideal week – what does it look like? 
  9. What negative thoughts do I need to get rid of before entering the new week?
  10. List 3 goals you have for the new week. What steps are you going to take to keep on track?
