The monthly overview includes space for:
3 Goals of the month
Priorities
To-do’s
Notes, and
Key dates
Annual Goal Snapshot
This table gives you a broad overview of all your goals for the year i.e. a snapshot.
Fill in the category, goal, milestones, and target date on this page.
SMART Goals
I’ve spoken about SMART goals countless times on here. This page includes space for your goal and a block for each factor of the SMART method. So, just to recap, successful goals have 5 important factors:
Specific: Pinpoint exactly what you want to achieve. Think details!
Measurable: Put a quantitative value to your goal.
Achievable: Can you realistically reach this goal?
Relevancy: Does this goal align with the bigger picture?
Time-bound: Set a deadline to keep you on track.
I included these descriptions on the SMART goals page, so don’t worry if you forget them!
The Goal Planner
This page will allow you to plan your goals in detail (and you can print as many as you like).
It includes:
Your goal
The start and target date
Actionable steps and checkboxes
A block to define your ‘Why?’
Possible challenges and solutions
A progress bar
And a small notes section
One-Page Goal Tracker
There’s no meaning behind your goals if you don’t track them. It’s important to stay on top of your progress to plan accordingly – and it’s fantastic motivation!
One page includes space for 4 goals, each with a progress bar you can color in from 10% to 100%.
Reflection Pages
Reflecting on your month and year can help you plan better.
The monthly reflection page includes:
A quote of the month
5-Star rating system
Your top achievement
Milestones reached
Your monthly score for 7 aspects of life
Lessons learned
And next month’s plan
The yearly reflection page includes:
Goals reached
Your top achievements
3 Words to describe the past year
Your biggest challenges
Quote of the year
Your end-of-year treat
And the main goal for next year
X Marks The Spot
X marks the spot is a table that works incredibly well during your annual life audit.
You list your goals and then at the end of the year, you mark one of 3 columns: work in progress, done, or migrate to next year.
This will give you a clear view of what you’ve done and what needs to be done.
Welcome to my not-so-secret diary! It’s time for my October monthly recap – a month of reflection. This is an ongoing series …
Dear Future Me
Oh me, oh my – this is my favorite section!
Firstly, you write about your current life. After that, you move on to the vision vs reality section. You write down the vision for your life in 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, 3 years, 5 years, 8 years, and 10 years. Then when the time comes you fill in the reality of that time stamp.
Journal Prompts
I included a page with journal prompts centered around goal-setting. It’s more of a fun bonus page, really. I just thought it could shed some light on your goals.
My Etsy store is filled with great (and helpful) digital products that will leave you feeling accomplished and relaxed – the goal planner is one of them.
All my products are affordable and high quality; made with hours of passion and purpose. You can find my goal planner printable here.
